BNA Home Inspection was founded by Richard Taylor, who has inspected residential and commercial properties across the Nashville area since 2013 — thousands of homes, of every age and price range. Before starting BNA, he held a leadership role at an established local firm, where he inspected homes and businesses, performed radon, air-quality, and mold testing, and trained many of the inspectors now working in this market.

That background shapes how we work. In the home inspection business, experience matters — it takes years of observation to reach the point where you can put it all together. Inexperienced inspectors look for evidence of a problem; experienced inspectors look for the cause.

BNA is a member inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Our team holds drone certification for roof and exterior assessment and is a Certified Radon Tester (CRT). We're fully insured, and every report is signed and certified.
