New company, experienced inspectors

BNA Home Inspection has recently launched as Nashville’s newest full-service home inspection company. Owner Richard Taylor brings significant experience to the venture, having inspected homes in the Nashville area since 2013. Previously, Taylor held a leadership position at an established local firm with multiple inspectors, where his responsibilities spanned a broad range of activities.

That prior role involved inspecting both residential and commercial properties and conducting environmental testing - radon assessment, indoor air quality evaluation, and mold sampling - as well as collecting samples for lead, asbestos, and water testing. His duties also included training newly hired inspectors, developing and refining inspection protocols, providing technical support to the team, working with client care to streamline operations, cultivating company culture, building infrastructure with specialized software, and answering client and agent questions.

On his vision for the company, Taylor puts it simply: “It is not my goal to be the biggest company in town. It is more important to me that we provide a service we can be proud of.”

Our services

Home inspection remains our primary focus. Radon testing receives equal priority, and we recommend it alongside every inspection regardless of a property’s age, type, or foundation.
